Mount Everest Supremo coffee is grown at 2200-2400 metres above sea level, in the south of Mount Ganesh, Himal Mountain Range. The plantation covers 100 hectares and is located 75 km north of the capital Kathmandu.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 94°C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 27 seconds. The degassing of the coffee took about 60 hours. The colour is a light hazelnut with nice stripes. In the nose, the coffee gives sensations of milk chocolate and vanilla.
It has a light body on the palate and proves to be very balanced, with the sweetness and finesse of the aftertaste standing out.
