The lemon myrtle grows in the subtropical rainforests of Australia. It produces our favourite Australian spice. The plant itself can grow up to 6 metres high and blooms from summer to autumn.

Lemon myrtle is seen as the queen of lemon herbs. It can be used in biscuits, ice cream, smoothies, grilled meats, pastas and more! The taste is a bit sharp. We recommend not boiling it for too long, in order to avoid taste amplification.
