Danish Smoke Salt 1-3 mm
This authentic smoke salt from Denmark is filled with a smoky taste and natural ingredients. We used the authentic principles of danish salt making throughout the entire process. First, the salt is cold-smoked over beechwood for 160 hours and turned once an hour. This is of course a very labour intensive process, that is exactly why the production of this amazing salt is so limited.
